The hotel boasts top-notch rooms with a luxurious feel. The service is generally accommodating, although there are some hiccups to watch out for. Its central location provides convenient access to many attractions, with some room for improvement in certain aspects. The dining experience is delightful with room for expansion. The rooms are one of the best around, offering a comparable experience to the renowned MO Bangkok. They feature a comfy bed, fantastic views, and are well-equipped with a great shower, tub, and amenities.

The overall service was very helpful and kind, barring some issues at the brasseries and Lennon's bar. While the staff were accommodating with requests, there were instances of discrepancies.
